Policy Overview

This policy outlines the conditions under which participants of our program are eligible for a 100% refund. The refund guarantee is designed to ensure that participants who diligently attend all live classes but do not achieve the expected results can receive a full refund.

Eligibility Criteria

Participants must meet the following criteria to qualify for the 100% refund:

1) Full Attendance: Participants must attend 100% of the live classes. Attendance will be verified through our class attendance system.

2) Active Participation: Participants must actively engage in class activities, including discussions, assignments, and any other required tasks.

3) Completion of Assignments: All assignments and coursework must be completed and submitted on time.

4) Implementation of Learnings: Participants must demonstrate that they have applied the skills and knowledge acquired from the program to their respective projects or tasks.

5) No Results Achieved: Despite full attendance and active participation, if participants do not achieve the expected results, they may be eligible for a refund.

Refund Request ProcessTo request a refund, participants must follow these steps:

Submission of a Refund Request: Submit a written refund request within 30 days of completing the program. The request should include:

> Participant’s full name and contact details

> Program attended

> Dates of attendance

> Reason for requesting a refund

> Evidence of full attendance and participation

Evaluation of the Request: The refund request will be evaluated by our program administration team. This process may take up to 15 business days.

Decision Notification: Participants will be notified of the decision via email. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days.

Conditions and Exclusions

Technical Issues: Absence due to technical issues, unless reported and verified at the time of occurrence, will not be considered for the refund.

Partial Attendance: Participants who miss any live classes, regardless of the reason, are not eligible for the refund.

Non-Compliance with Policies: Participants who fail to comply with the program’s policies and guidelines will not be eligible for a refund.
